read-only solana monitoring · private pilot
Know when control of a Solana project changes.
watchtower sends evidence-backed Telegram alerts when a project’s program control, Squads governance, or monitored USDC treasury changes. Every alert says whether the change was proposed or executed, and links to the transaction.

Six things we watch
Proposed, approved, executed, rejected and cancelled are separate states. A proposal is never shown as executed, and approvals alone never count as a change.
Upgrade authority changed
Who can replace the program code. Removing the authority (making the program immutable) is reported as its own outcome, not a missing value.
Program upgraded
The deployed code changed. We record the slot and the executable hash; a new hash says the code is different, not whether it is safe.
Multisig threshold changed
How many Squads members must approve before the multisig can act, before and after.
Multisig members changed
Members added, removed or given different permissions. Several changes in one proposal stay itemised in one alert.
Multisig timelock changed
The delay between approval and execution, which is your window to react, in plain durations.
Treasury USDC transfer
Outflows from explicitly registered USDC token accounts above a floor and a share of the account balance.
How it works
- 01
Verify
Each project’s programs, ProgramData, Squads multisig and USDC treasury accounts are checked by hand against primary documentation and onchain ownership. Every address keeps its verification source.
- 02
Watch
A worker follows only those addresses: finalized baselines, overlapping signature scans and ordered decoding. Coverage per detector is published, gaps included.
- 03
Alert with evidence
One Telegram message per transaction or proposal: what changed, before and after, whether it is proposed or executed, and a Solscan link so you can check it yourself.
Supported projects
We list a project only after its addresses are verified and observed silently. Monitoring starts on the date shown; there is no history before it.
pilot onboarding
First five projects are being verified. We list a project only after its addresses are verified and observed silently.
